Scope of joinery for commercial buildings
- Aluminium-and-glass facades - mullion-and-transom curtain walling on elevations and in entrance areas.
- Shopfronts and entrance doors - including automatic doors for service premises.
- Aluminium windows - energy-efficient, for example from the TERMIST collection.
- Doors with special requirements - fire-rated, smoke-tight, burglary-resistant, as specified in the project.
- Skylights and roof glazing.
How we quote commercial projects
All we need for a quote is the documentation the investor already has: the design (floor plans, elevations) or the joinery schedule from the detailed design, and for a tender or request for quotation, its text with the requirements. We reply in writing, broken down by schedule item.
In public buildings, joinery often has to meet specific requirements: a fire-resistance class, smoke-tightness, accessibility for people with disabilities (thresholds, door width, automation). We select the system to meet the requirements in the project and supply the documents needed for handover.

Questions about commercial joinery
What documents should I send for a commercial quote?
Ideally the joinery schedule from the detailed design. If there isn't one, floor plans and elevations with opening dimensions and a description of the requirements (fire, acoustics, burglary resistance) will do.
Do you respond to requests for quotation and tenders?
Yes. Send the text of the request with the documentation through the quote form. We will prepare a written offer in line with the requirements of the request.
Do you also quote for general contractors?
Yes. A quote request can come from the investor, the general contractor or a design office - what matters is the documentation.
